What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. Once you enroll, your payment is non-refundable, as we immediately reserve your publishing slot and begin preparing your project resources.
What is required before work begins?
You must complete the Storybook Orientation which will guide you in submitting your design materials. This class takes place over two days and requires four hours of your participation.
I paid for Early Bird Enrollment. What happens next?
Congrats! You’ve locked in your service rate before prices increase. Within 48 hours, you’ll receive an email confirming either your official start date or your priority waiting list number with an estimated start date.
What if I miss the Early Bird Enrollment deadline?
You can still join the waiting list, but your rate will be based on the current pricing at the time you enroll. Early Bird spots are limited and once they’re gone, they’re gone.
What is the waiting list and why do you have one?
Due to high demand, we limit how many projects we take on each cycle to maintain quality. The waiting list ensures you secure your rate and your place in line without losing momentum.
Will my book be sold on Amazon?
Yes—our publishing guidance includes helping you make your book available on Amazon KDP Publishing, with step by step instructions sent once your services conclude.
How does payment work?
No. You submit a deposit of $399 to secure your spot. After your consultation, 50% of the payment is due and the final payment is due after your first round of revisions.
